VIVARCH developed the original architectural concept for this residence as part of a design-and-build package. The project demonstrates the studio’s approach to proportion, materiality and contemporary family living.

A considered two-storey home with strong street presence, generous interior volumes and a well-resolved relationship between indoor and outdoor living. The rear garden and courtyard create a private, lush setting — contrasting the crisp white rendered façade — while the steel-framed glazing throughout brings the garden deep into the interior.

The open-plan living and kitchen flows seamlessly to the alfresco entertaining area, creating a home that feels both elegant and genuinely liveable.
